SPECIAL LONGTERM STAY WINTER PRICES:
You can choose between a T2 apartment (living room, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, terrace) and a smaller T1 apartment (combined living/dining/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, terrace).
Prices are for 4 weeks (28 days) for 2 persons with an all-inclusive package (including: water, electricity & heating (normal usage), satellite radio & television, twice a week clean towels, once a week clean bedlinnen and simple cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, 2 times per week free laundry (use your own soap), 2 x 10 minutes per week free phonecall to landline, parking place right behind the building, bus stop right in front of house. Supermarket, shops, beach & city centre in walking distance, train station present).
– 4 weeks T2 spacious apartment: Euro 760,=
– 4 weeks T1 cosy apartment: euro 660,=
Bookings: any number of weeks is possible with a minimum of 4 weeks. These special prices are available from half of October until end of April. Extra guests pay Euro 7,= p.p/per night. Extra: internet in your own apartment for 30,= per month. Rental Car for very LOW prices, ask info.
